Ben Belcher is a Santa Clara Vanguard alum and former featured visual soloist and section leader who is currently studying Music Education at Texas State University. He combines music and dance fundamentals to develop body awareness, performance quality, and expression through movement and sound.

Emma Shiffer is a Spirit of Atlanta alum and member of the University of Tennessee’s Pride of the Southland. Her lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, score study and cues, and serving an ensemble through thoughtful leadership and empathy.

Henry Santos is the Percussion Director at Lake Buena Vista High School, a front ensemble technician with STRYKE Percussion, and an active clinician across Florida. Drawing on performance experience with STRYKE and Phantom Regiment, he focuses on mallet technique, musicality, and visual performance in the front ensemble.

Hunter Mays is a percussionist pursuing a master’s degree in Percussion Performance at Boise State University. With experience at the Madison Scouts, Cap City Percussion, and Carolina Crown, he specializes in audition preparation, front ensemble technique, advanced mallet skills, and percussion consulting.

Hunter Torbert is the Percussion Director at Beavercreek High School and a quad technician with both Cap City Percussion and the Madison Scouts. He specializes in rudimental fundamentals, marching percussion technique, and advanced tenor skill development.

Jared Geer served as a Drum Major for the Blue Devils’ 2022 World Championship production, Tempus Blue. As Executive Director of Silent Command, he brings expertise in fundamental technique, expressive performance, and team dynamics to help students excel in any role.

Jesse Walker has performed with Dartmouth High School, the Boston Crusaders, and Blessed Sacrament. He works with color guard students of all experience levels to strengthen technique, performance quality, confidence, and preparation for the next stage of their journey.

Jonathan Dominguez is a conductor with Phantom Regiment and a student at the University of Texas at Austin. His lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, clarity, expression, and helping students confidently pursue opportunities throughout the marching arts.

Joshua Puente has performed with the Bluecoats, Blue Devils, and Phantom Regiment and brings experience across classical, jazz, mariachi, and lead trumpet playing. He combines brass and movement training to create individualized routines focused on ease, efficiency, and confident performance.

Juliana Thint is a Music Education student who has served as a Drum Major with both the Raiders and Madison Scouts. Her lessons focus on conducting, TonalEnergy programming, and practical leadership skills for students in and out of rehearsal.

Laetitia Miron is a former member of the Boston Crusaders and Pride of Cincinnati. She specializes in movement and flag technique, skill execution, audition and performance confidence, and building healthy group culture as a color guard leader.

Linda Segura is an experienced drum major and recipient of the Jim Jones Leadership Award. Her lessons focus on rehearsal preparation, expressive and fundamental conducting technique, and leadership development both on and off the podium.

Maddie Wielinga is a Drum Major with the Boston Crusaders, where she previously served as a rehearsal assistant. Her lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, pattern clarity and intentionality, team dynamics, leadership, and effective metronome use.

Mark Troy performed with Carolina Crown on euphonium before serving as Drum Major and is currently studying Music Education while directing the University of Cincinnati Medical Symphony Orchestra. His lessons are tailored to each student, with common focuses including aural skills, score study, pattern clarity, and culture-building from the podium.

Marley Black is a Carolina Crown alum with a passion for conducting and leadership. Her lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, score study, musical communication, and developing the leadership skills needed to serve an ensemble effectively.

Megan Conlan specializes in team dynamics, leading large groups, and balancing clarity with expression in conducting. She is especially passionate about helping young musicians grow into confident, thoughtful leaders.

Miguel Flores-Padilla specializes in woodwind fundamentals, injury-conscious conducting technique, and public speaking. His lessons are designed to strengthen confidence, communication, and performance skills while helping students elevate their abilities.

Olivia Ross is a Bluecoats trumpet section leader and former member of The Cadets. She specializes in high brass and movement, with lessons centered on technique, fundamentals, pedagogy, and performance quality.

Peyton Brillhart is a Drum Major with Spirit of Atlanta and a Silent Command instructor. His lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, developing an intentional approach to drum major leadership, and building healthy, sustainable habits within the marching arts.

Rodrigo Del Rio focuses on building strong brass fundamentals, relaxed sound production, musical expression, and ensemble blend. His lessons help students develop an efficient approach to playing while strengthening confidence and musicianship.

Simon Beltran is a Drum Major with the Troopers and is entering his third season with the organization. He specializes in conducting fundamentals, expressive performance, and conflict management to help students become more confident and effective leaders.

Tony Gamez specializes in leadership development, conducting, and preparing students for interviews and audition processes. His lessons help students communicate with confidence and strengthen the skills needed to lead effectively.

Wes Booker is a former Silent Command student and current Drum Major with the Boston Crusaders, following previous experience as a Drum Major with The Cadets. He specializes in expressive conducting and developing thoughtful, effective leadership.

Yash Mahadkar is a Music Education major at the University of Georgia and a Drum Major with the Santa Clara Vanguard. His lessons combine conducting fundamentals and expression, leadership and team dynamics, rehearsal skills, and support for woodwind players navigating the drum corps experience.
