Ben Belcher is a Santa Clara Vanguard alum and former featured visual soloist and section leader who is currently studying Music Education at Texas State University. He combines music and dance fundamentals to develop body awareness, performance quality, and expression through movement and sound.

Emma Shiffer is a Spirit of Atlanta alum and member of the University of Tennessee’s Pride of the Southland. Her lessons focus on conducting fundamentals, score study and cues, and serving an ensemble through thoughtful leadership and empathy.

Henry Santos is the Percussion Director at Lake Buena Vista High School, a front ensemble technician with STRYKE Percussion, and an active clinician across Florida. Drawing on performance experience with STRYKE and Phantom Regiment, he focuses on mallet technique, musicality, and visual performance in the front ensemble.

With experience at the Madison Scouts, Cap City Percussion, and Carolina Crown, he specializes in audition preparation, front ensemble technique, advanced mallet skills, and percussion consulting.

Hunter Torbert is the Percussion Director at Beavercreek High School and a quad technician with both Cap City Percussion and the Madison Scouts. He specializes in rudimental fundamentals, marching percussion technique, and advanced tenor skill development.

Jared Geer served as a Drum Major for the Blue Devils’ 2022 World Championship production, Tempus Blue. As Executive Director of Silent Command, he brings expertise in fundamental technique, expressive performance, and team dynamics to help students excel in any role.
